How will my package be shipped?
Packages are shipped via United Parcel Service, Next Day Air.
Can you ship to my P.O. Box?
No. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
What are the shipping charges?
There are no shipping fees for online orders with a subtotal (before tax) greater than $250.
What are standard ship times?
In-stock items should be delivered within 3-5 business days upon receiving your order.
Shipping restrictions:
- UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses. Please provide a physical address.
- Orders received after 12:00pm PST will be shipped the next business day.
- All UPS shipments are only delivered during the 5 day business week. There are no deliveries on Saturday or Sunday.
What are standard methods of payment?
Westime.com accepts MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Please make sure that your billing address matches the credit card you provide. If your billing address does not match the credit card you provide, your order may be delayed.
How do I pay via cashier’s check or money order?
We currently do not accept payment via cashier's check or money order.
Do I have to pay Sales Tax?
Westime is located in California and collects sales tax on all orders shipped within California. Orders shipped outside of California will NOT be charged sales tax.
Can I use a Gift Card or Gift Certificate?
Gift cards and gift certificates cannot be used for online purchases. You may redeem your gift card at your nearest Westime retail location.
International Orders:

How do I send my watch back?
You must obtain an EMA number for exchange. If a package is returned to us without an EMA number, it will be refused. Please contact tagheuer@westime.com for an exchange authorization number.
